Top Ten Myths about Sustainability By: Michael D. Lemonick

It offers insight on the ten biggest myths of sustainability according to the author such as it being too expensive or thinking that it is all about the environment. It also makes the correlation that being sustainable is not necessarily mean to “go green”.

Kerr, Richard A. "Do We Have the Energy for the Next Transition." Science (2010).
This article gives a very realistic view of how much time and effort it is going to actually takes for the entire world to switch over to cleaner more sustainable energy sources. It is a very negative article for someone to read if they want fast results in a sustainable society. The author thinks that solar energy is the best energy source of the future due to its limitless supply, and strays away from wind power and hydroelectric because they would not be able to generate enough energy.
